Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide a software-as-a-service platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Paid Exports, Credits, and Billing

Checking, permitted crop/resize transformations, and watermarked previews are free. A credit unlocks one complete channel-specific bundle: a watermark-free HD JPEG, a 4×6 print sheet with six 2×2 copies, and an A4 print sheet with fifteen 2×2 copies. The paid final files are linked to your account and source payment order when available, and can be downloaded again on another device for 30 days. A successful one-time purchase adds the number of credits shown at checkout; those credits expire 365 days after purchase. Official-use outputs preserve the original background and do not retouch the applicant.

The original upload and facial analysis remain in your browser. To provide account/order re-downloads, the three paid final JPEGs are encrypted and stored for up to 30 days. You may delete them sooner from your photo orders. Expiration or deletion of stored files does not restore a spent credit; create and unlock a new bundle if another copy is needed after the recovery period.

The Pro plan costs $19.99 per month, plus any applicable taxes. It is billed in advance and automatically renews each month until canceled. Each successful Pro billing payment adds 100 export credits for that billing period. Pro credits expire at the end of that period, do not roll over, and have no cash value. Failed, declined, reversed, or duplicate payment events do not create additional credits.

You authorize us and our payment provider to charge your selected payment method at each renewal. You are responsible for keeping billing information current.

Cancellation

You may cancel Pro through your billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You may continue using unused current-period credits until that period ends. Canceling does not normally create a prorated refund.

Refunds and Payment Reversals

If a paid export cannot be used because of an error in our service, contact us with the order details so we can review the issue. Refunds are assessed case by case, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We do not normally refund used credits, expired credits, unused time after cancellation, or a change of mind. If a payment is refunded, reversed, or charged back, we may remove unused credits associated with that payment.

Commercial Client Work

Paid exports may be used for personal purposes or as part of legitimate client photo services. You must have permission to process each person's photo and comply with privacy, identity-document, consumer-protection, and other applicable laws. Commercial use does not allow account sharing, reselling access to the service, bypassing usage limits, or automated abuse.

The service helps check measurable photo requirements but cannot guarantee acceptance by a passport agency or other authority. You remain responsible for reviewing the finished photo and the current requirements of the receiving authority.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
